Protecting the personal and financial information of our clients is one of the most important priorities of our organization. This Agreement contains information about the rules and purposes of processing the personal information of ImpulseTrade clients, as well as the measures taken by the company to protect it from unauthorized access by third parties.
By using the company's products, the client agrees to the processing of personal data, namely, gives consent to the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, depersonalization, blocking and destruction, to the distribution (transfer) of such personal data to third parties in compliance with the conditions specified in this Confidentiality Agreement. This consent is valid indefinitely and can be revoked by providing a corresponding written statement.
The company requests information from the client that is necessary for registering the client in the company's database, functional maintenance, and also for using this information in the event of a dispute between the company and the client. Providing such information is a mandatory condition for identifying the client, and, as a result, enables the client to perform various actions.
To carry out communications, the company uses information provided directly by clients.
The company's use of the client's personal information is intended to ensure that the client receives safe and high-quality service.
Personal and contact information received from clients is used to verify contact information and identify the client. The company also uses the client's personal data when registering him/her in the system. Providing contact information by the client helps the company improve the quality of services provided and promptly inform clients about the emergence of additional services, opportunities and promotions held by the company.
The Company does not provide personal information about clients to third parties except in cases expressly provided for in this Confidentiality Agreement.
The Company reserves the right to provide information about the personal data of clients to third parties if this is provided for by regulatory legislation, as well as upon receipt of official requests from law enforcement and other government agencies.
The company also has the right to provide information about the personal data of clients to tax authorities or organizations requiring the provision of information about clients in order to comply with the legislation on combating the legalization (laundering) of funds obtained by criminal means and the financing of terrorism, or in cases where this is necessary to protect the rights and property of the company. The company accompanies the transfer of information about the client to third parties with the requirement to maintain confidentiality and protection with respect to the information transferred.
This Privacy Policy is recognized as valid only for the company's website and does not extend its effect to other sites on the Internet, including, but not limited to, sites to which the client goes via links posted on the company's website. The company recommends that clients familiarize themselves with the privacy policy of each site, the use of which involves the transfer of personal data.
In order to ensure the efficient operation of the company's website and the client's trading activity, the company uses cookies. Cookies are small text files sent from the company's web server to your computer. Cookies used by the company do not contain any personal information, account numbers or passwords of the client.
The Company may engage third parties to help manage the website and collect and analyze statistical data. These third parties may set and use their own cookies on behalf of the Company.
Submitting an application for the use of any product provided within the framework of this project means the consent and acceptance by the client of all provisions stipulated by the current Confidentiality Agreement. Communications between the company and the client arise from the moment of sending an e-mail to the client confirming the fact of registration in the company's database. The company may also send clients information by e-mail about any changes and new services, or receive e-mails from clients with questions and suggestions, this information is not confidential.
By accepting the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement, the client expresses his/her consent to the company using the information received from the client via e-mail, including various ideas, methods, marketing developments and know-how, without any subsequent obligations on the part of the company. The client's identification data is an exception.
The Company has the right to review, save or delete correspondence with the client at its discretion.
The Company has the right to analyze internal communications from clients in order to assess the quality of the services it provides.
The company may update the company's Confidentiality Agreement from time to time. In the event of significant changes, the new Confidentiality Agreement will be promptly posted on the company's website and customers will be notified of the changes. The company recommends that customers periodically read this Agreement in order to have up-to-date information regarding the processing of customers' personal data at any given time.
